Don’t use the New Year as your reason: Create a resolution because you want to, because you care about your health—your happiness, and because you love yourself. Don’t do it just because everyone else is, or simply because it’s “New Years.”
Always Strive to Improve yourself: Improve yourself, all year. January 1st isn’t the only day to start a new diet, to start exercising, to start educating yourself more, to start a new skill.. Work on yourself, every single day. There’s always room for improvement and you should have new resolutions every day; not every year.
